Price Comparison

Quick look back: When newly launched into the market, there was neck and neck competition between Hofish and iDealBed adjustable beds. Both had their own winners and drawbacks.

  • While Hofish adjustable bed had backlit USB ports but missing massage functionality, iDealbed came with massage functionality but missing USB ports.

Present Competition: But with time, iDealbed too incorporated USB ports and moved to a different league competing with Ghostbed adjustable bed.

In fact, it has altogether launched a new version now, iDealbed iEscape, that has most advanced features like wall hugging and nano-technology mattress retention system. Even after incorporating these advanced features it still costs half the price of premium adjustable beds.

Whereas, Hofish is right now competing with Lucid L300 adjustable bed that too does not offer massage functionality.

  • Price-wise, Hofish is cheaper than Lucid L300
  • iDealbed 4i and Ghostbed cost more or less the same and come with same number of features. But iDealbed iEscape is relatively a bit more costly as it has advanced features.

Conclusion

Feature-wise, there is considerable competition between Hofish and Lucid L300 adjustable beds.

  • While Hofish comes with more number of preset positions like TV/PC, Zero-Gravity and FLAT, Lucid L300 offers only FLAT position.
  • Lucid L300 offers 1 memory savable position whereas Hofish offers none.

The biggest unique selling point (USP) of Hofish is the simple 3-minute tools free One-Step Easy Assembly process.

iDealBed on the other hand has moved to a different genre and now competing with Ghostbed adjustable bed. It has in fact launched a new version with advanced features like wall hugging and nano-technology based mattress retention system.

Finally, if you are looking for a mattress without the need for massage functionality then both Hofish and Lucid L300 are equally good. Price-wise Hofish is cheaper than Lucid L300 adjustable bed.

But if you want to have massage functionality as well, both iDealbed 4i or Ghostbed are wise options. And if you are fine spending a little more then iDealbed iEscape is the best choice.

The company is also actively promoting its new version that has most advanced features but costs half the price of premium adjustable beds.
