With several advanced features embedded, Ghostbed easily comes under mid-range adjustable beds category. However, the price of Ghostbed is still that of a low-end adjustable bed and equal to that of Hofish and iDealbed adjustable beds.

Ghostbed Adjustable Base Reviews - Unlimited Head & Foot Tilting
Head & Foot adjustment & Wall hugger
Ghostbed is the only mid-range adjustable bed to offer unlimited head and foot adjustments. Additionally, like in no other bed, there are dedicated buttons on its remote control to lift or lower both head and foot sections simultaneously.
Like all mid-range adjustable beds, Ghostbed too does not offer wall hugging feature.
Hofish & iDealbed adjustable beds: Both these beds are not wall hugger either and do not have simultaneous head and foot lift feature.
Mattress Retention System
Ghostbed, Hofish and iDealbed adjustable beds offer mattress retainer bars at foot level.
However, Ghostbed’s design also includes ant-skid decking which perfectly holds the mattress while performing adjustments or when massage function is working.

Remote Control
Although a simple wireless one, Ghostbed’s remote control, offers altogether 18 functionalities. Feature-wise, following image speaks for itself why Ghostbed is relatively much better than its contemporaries.
Hofish & iDealbed adjustable beds: iDealbed 4i also offers 18 functions on its backlit remote but Hofish’s remote has relatively less number of functionalities.
Preset Positions
While most other beds offer either two or three positions, Ghostbed offers 4 preset functionalities via its remote. However, anti-snore is still missing.

Hofish & iDealbed adjustable beds: Both the beds offer zero-gravity but not Lounge position. However, anti-snore is offered only by iDealbed while TV position is offered by Hofish.
Memory Programmable Positions
Similar to iDealbed, Ghostbed also offers 2 memory programmable positions from its remote control.
However, the memory positions offered by Hofish are rather just a reset option of preset positions.
Ghostbed Adjustable Base Reviews - Dual Massage Features
Massage
Ghostbed adjustable bed offers dual massage functionality with as many as 5 massage modes. There are dedicated buttons on remote for head and foot massage separately. The massage motors are, in fact, whisper like quiet.
Along with the option to select the massage mode, the remote also has 30 and 20 minute timers for massage functionality. On reaching the set time, the massage functionality turns-off automatically.
Hofish & iDealbed adjustable beds: iDealbeds massage motors are sourced by Leggett & Platt and it’s massage functionality is on par with Ghostbed’s.
But Hofish adjustable bed somehow does not include massage functionality at all.
USB Ports
Ghostbed offers 2 USB ports, one on each side.
Hofish & iDealbed adjustable beds: Hofish is the only bed to offer backlit USB ports. It has 2 on each side of the bed.
iDealbed also offers 2 ports, one on each side.

Height Adjustability
The only minus with Ghostbed is that it does not offer height adjustable legs. It stands at 12 inches fixed height.
I would really not call it as a drawback as 12 inches is a good height and no matter whether you are tall or short, this height shall not strain your knees while getting in and out of the bed.
Like Hofish and iDealbed adjustable beds, even Ghostbed comes with 6 legs.
Hofish & iDealbed adjustable beds: Both these beds offer height adjustability. They have 7 inches and 4 inches individual leg units and combined give 11 inches height.
Motor Capacity
The whisper quiet motors in Ghosbed have an individual lifting capacity of 750 lbs.
Lifting capacity of Hofish is also 750 lbs whereas that of iDealbed Adjustable bed is 850 lbs.
Under-bed Lighting System & Flashlight

Ghostbed is the only adjustable bed to offer both under the bed lighting system and flashlight from its remote control.
While Hofish adjustable bed does not offer any of the above, iDealbed at least offers the much needed under-bed lighting.

While Hofish adjustable bed’s biggest drawback is its missing massage functionality, the competition remains between Ghostbed Vs iDealbed adjustable beds.
